MyFit Terms & Conditions

RockPool Health Sdn. Bhd. (Operator of the MyFit App)

By accessing or using the MyFit mobile application and related services (“MyFit”, the “App”, or the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

MyFit is a platform that enables users to book classes and services offered by independent third-party fitness and wellness providers (“Studios”). Studios are independent and are not owned, managed, or controlled by RockPool Health Sdn. Bhd.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and RockPool Health Sdn. Bhd. (“MyFit”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parent/guardian consent.
1.3 You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.

 

2. Role of MyFit (Platform Disclaimer)

2.1 MyFit provides a booking and payment platform only.
2.2 Studios are solely responsible for their classes, instructors, equipment, facilities, safety, and Studio policies.
2.3 MyFit does not guarantee the quality, availability, safety, or outcomes of any Studio or class.

 

3. Account Use

3.1 You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.
3.2 You must not misuse the Service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
3.3 MyFit may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

 

4. Payments, Credits, and No Refund Policy

4.1 Bookings are subject to availability.
4.2 All payments, Membership fees, and credits are non-refundable.
4.3 Credits may have expiry dates depending on the plan selected.
4.4 Prices, credit costs, and plans may change at any time.

 

5. Membership Terms & Conditions

This section applies if you purchase a MyFit Membership, trial, or recurring credit plan (“Membership”).

5.1 Membership and Credits

a) Membership provides credits that renew each billing cycle.
b) Each class costs a different number of credits depending on Studio, class type, location, and time.

5.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal

a) Membership renews automatically every 4 weeks unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.
b) You authorise MyFit to charge your payment method automatically each billing cycle.

5.3 Changing Your Plan / Top-Ups

a) You may adjust your monthly credits through your Membership settings.
b) Changes take effect from your next billing cycle.
c) Top-up credits may be purchased where available.

5.4 Cancellation (14-Day Notice Required)

a) You may cancel anytime, but you must cancel at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
b) Cancellation stops the next auto-renewal once the notice requirement is met.
c) Unused credits remain non-refundable and may expire depending on your plan.

5.5 Freeze Membership and Freeze Tokens

a) Freeze pauses your Membership. During a Freeze period, you cannot book classes using Membership credits.
b) Your billing date will shift forward based on the number of frozen days used.
c) Freeze is available in 1-week blocks, subject to your Freeze Token balance.
d) For every 4 weeks of active Membership, you earn 1 Freeze Token (1 token = 1 week).
e) Freeze Tokens accumulate while Membership is active and reset to zero upon cancellation.
f) If you unfreeze early, unused freeze days are not returned to your Freeze Tokens.

5.6 Failed Payments

a) If payment fails, your Membership may be placed on a 14-day hold while you retry or update payment.
b) If payment is not completed by the end of the hold, your Membership becomes inactive and Freeze Tokens and other membership perks will be removed.
c) Any remaining credits may still be available until they expire (if applicable).

 

6. Booking Cancellations, Late Cancellations, and No-Shows

6.1 Studio cancellation rules are shown at booking and must be followed.
6.2 Failure to cancel in time or non-attendance may result in loss of credits and/or penalties shown at booking.

 

7. Health and Assumption of Risk

7.1 You acknowledge fitness activities carry inherent risks including injury, illness, or death.
7.2 You confirm you are medically fit to participate and assume full responsibility for your participation.

 

8. Waiver and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
8.1 MyFit is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from Studio classes, facilities, equipment, instructors, or other participants.
8.2 You release MyFit (including directors, employees, and affiliates) from all claims arising from your participation in activities booked through the Service.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content and software in the Service belong to MyFit or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission.

 

10. Changes to Terms

MyFit may update these Terms at any time by posting updates on the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

 

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts remain effective.
